Terms of use
Last updated Jun 11, 2026
These Terms of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Logorythm Cloud (the "Service") provided by Logorythm. By creating an account, connecting GitHub, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy policy incorporated by reference. If you act for a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. Collectively, "Agreement" means these Terms, the Privacy policy, and any paid plan or subscription you select.
1. Acceptance.
By connecting GitHub and using Logorythm, you represent that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy policy.
If you use the service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this agreement.
2. Description of the service.
Logorythm analyzes GitHub repositories you authorize and produces a map of your system architecture: services, communications, and derived metrics.
Source code processing is ephemeral. We do not store a copy of your files after a scan completes.
3. Account and eligibility.
You authenticate through GitHub and authorize the GitHub App on repositories you choose. You are responsible for keeping access valid and revoking it when you no longer want to use the service.
You must be of legal age to contract in your jurisdiction and not barred from using the service under applicable law.
Each workspace has an owner. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use.
You agree not to use Logorythm to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, perform unauthorized reverse engineering, or abuse our infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the service or other users.
5. Intellectual property.
Your code and your data remain yours. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use Logorythm while your account is active and in compliance with these Terms.
Logorythm software, brand, interface, and other materials are our property or that of our licensors. Nothing here transfers our intellectual property to you.
6. Payment and cancellation.
We offer free and paid plans. Prices, limits, and features for each plan are described on the pricing page in effect when you subscribe.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe on the billing cycle you select. You may cancel or change plans through the product billing flows. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Service availability.
We aim for high availability, but the service is provided as is, within the reasonable limits of an evolving SaaS product.
We may perform scheduled maintenance or make changes that improve security and performance, with advance notice when reasonable.
8. Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Logorythm is not liable for lost profits, data loss caused by third parties, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or zero if you are on the free plan.
9. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logorythm, its directors, and employees from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
10. Termination.
You may close your account at any time through the product flows or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay for a paid plan, or if required by law or competent authority.
11. Governing law and venue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
The courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where consumer law in your jurisdiction requires a different forum.
12. Changes to the terms.
We may update these Terms. We publish the new version on this page with the update date and, when the change is material, notify you by email.
Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version, except where law requires additional consent.
13. Contact.
